The Renault Mégane is an extremely popular car available in Europe that you can’t buy in the U.S. The current version of the automobile has been significantly upgraded over the original commuter car first released in 1995. The car has gone through three generations of design since its first release, and there have been a variety of model options sold over the years to include a coupe, convertible, hatchback, and estate body style. In 2012, the manufacturer debuted three new engines to include a 1.2 liter gasoline turbo, a 1.5 liter rated at 110 horsepower, and a new 1.6 liter engine. In 2014, the 1.2 liter turbo was upgraded to produce 1228 horsepower, and a 2.0 liter gasoline turbo was released rated at 220 horsepower.
