The Chevrolet Suburban 1500 has continue to make great strides when it comes to safety over the years. The current model of the popular SUV sees an average of 60 deaths per million registered auto owners, and it continues to be one of the most sold models by Chevy being sold since 1935. The Suburban features a 5.3 liter, eight cylinder, 355 horsepower engine that is rated to support tows up to 8,300 pounds. The auto provides seating for nine passengers, and it can go from zero to 60 MPH in 7.1 seconds while seeing a much improved fuel economy from past years at 15 MPG (city) and 22 MPG (highway).
