The Nissan Versa Sedan comes in as the second most deadly car on the road today with 130 deaths per million registered owners of the auto. Of these, 87 were from single-vehicle accidents and 51 of these were from rollovers. In the IIHS crash tests, the vehicle scores good or better in all categories except for the small overlap front, where it receives an overall poor rating.
