The Kia Soul EV is one of the most green and affordable cars on the road today. Coming in just north of $30,000, the Soul EV delivers a 93 mile range on a single electric charge, and is rated at 120 MPGe (city) and 92 MPGe (highway). The auto was originally only offered for sale in the state of California, but was released to other markets in the U.S. during 2015. The Soul EV can be recharged to the 80% level in just over 30 minutes using a 50 kW charging system, and there are three different charging ports on the automobile. The car comes with an app to help drivers locate charging stations, and authorized Kia dealers will provide free charging to owners of the automobile. The auto is rated at 109 horsepower and delivers 210 lb-ft of torque.
