8. Scion FR-s

The Scion FR-s is becoming a very popular tuner car. Created as a collaboration between Subaru and Toyota, the FR-s uses a 4-cylinder boxer style engine. From the factory this rear-wheel drive car is ready to go, but it’s way more fun to add to its already impressive power. Turbochargers and engine mods are the common way to go, making sure to upgrade the engine internals if the boost is going to be high. Body kits are available for the FR-s, but it doesn’t have as large a pool to choose from as other tuner cars, due to the FR-s being newer. Custom wings are available as well, something tuners seem to love to slap on a car, even if the wing provides no performance benefit.
