11. Saleen S7

Saleen S7 is a handmade, high-performance, limited-production vehicle. It is the only car Saleen ever produced from a new chassis. The original aluminum 427 (cubic inches) engine, a bored-out derivative of Ford’s 351 (same) with a longer stroke, is remarkably flexible for a unit that puts out 550 horsepower. In 2005, Saleen gave the S7 a more powerful twin-turbo engine of 750 horsepower, capable of the top speed of 248 mph and with 0 to 60 mph acceleration time of 2.8 seconds.

The S7 body is entirely made of carbon fiber with aerodynamic scoops and spoilers for split airflow. At 160 mph, the car creates its own weight in downforce.
