The Volkswagen Eos Komfort is one of the few affordable hardtop convertibles sold today. The top seals as good or better than a normal car top, and one does not have to worry about pesky thieves trying to break into the vehicle when parking it on the street. On the negative side, the Eos does not have a lot of trunk room; however, it is both fun-to-drive and comfortable to sit in while featuring a price point south of $40,000 USD. The car comes stock with a turbo-charged four cylinder engine rated at 200 horsepower, and sees a nice fuel economy of 22 MPG (city) and 30 MPG (highway).
