The BMW Z3 Coupe is an extremely cool car that consumers can buy on the second hand market for under $15K. The Z3 was the first roadster that BMW chose to mass produce, and it was originally released in 1995. Movie fans will recognize the car from its short role in the James Bond film, GoldenEye that debuted in November 1995. The Z3 instantly shot up the sales charts as the movie was the number one film in the United States at the time, and the 1996 production run of the auto sold out (more than 15,000 autos). The Z3 remained in production through 2002 before it was replaced by the updated Z4 model of the auto. The two-door car was produced with a number of engine options during its production life ranging from the 1.8 liter i4 to the 3.2 liter i6 with a choice between either a four-speed automatic or a five-speed manual transmission.
