7. VW Beatle

If you like the good old Beatle, you will certainly like the new one. If you buy this car, you can make your teenage girl happy, and still get to share this fun little vehicle with her. The Beatle kept its charm, but it did evolve, when it comes to both comfort and look. VW did not change the car line too much, but they did change it sufficiently to make it look more modern. And now the downsides: the visibility could be a bit better; if you are fussy when it comes to colors, it might be hard to find the right combination of colors. However, the good thing is that they come as convertibles too – that should be enough to make up for all the other small imperfections. 1.9 TDI is very reliable; 1.8 turbo with 150 hp is as good. The prices range between 8000$ (old generation) and 20,000 $ for the new generation Beatle.
